Getting your data translated from one format to another is as easy as 1,2,3 when you follow these simple instructions.

• Click on the STEP 1 button to the left. Or copy and paste this < ftp://ftp.cadd-tech.net/caddtech/in/ > into the address bar of a new browser window and hit ENTER. Now drag and drop or copy/paste your file in. Please use some form of compression. Zip or Tar.Z is good. Thanks

• Click on the STEP 2 button to send us an email. If you are not using Outlook, send an email to info@cadd-tech.net, Subject: Translation. Either way, leave us your company name, address, phone number, then tell us the file name and what you would like it converted to. CADD TECH will reply ASAP with a free quote including expected delivery.

• Now that you have a quote, click on STEP 3 to go to PayPal or you may reply to the quote with a P.O. number. If you take the PayPal option, send money to shannanh@caddtech.net and don't forget to reference the quote number. Upon reciept of a P.O. or your payment, we will begin processing your data. You will soon recieve a Shipper with an attachment (if under 5mb) or a link to a secure download. Please reply to this shipper once you have successfully read in your data. We want to know that you are satisfied. That's it! Thanks again.

Translations submitted to CADD TECH between the hours of 8:00 AM & 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will get immediate attention. Otherwise you can usually expect a quote within 24 hours.
